Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service & conditions below. ** I am not held responsible if the client has failed to read the TOS I've provided.**

  1. I do not accept refunds while the client's commission is ongoing. If the client wants to cancel the order, please cancel beforehand and before paying.

  2. Payment Terms: Payment upfront after I send the sketch or 50% downpayment after the sketch and the other 50% when the artwork is finished.

  3. The art is only for personal purposes. Clients should not use the art for any commercial use without my approval.

  4. First come, first serve order. I work on a stable workflow of orders so I appreciate the client's patience. I will send what number the client's order is from my queue.

  5. Idemnity will be given to the artist when unauthorized use of the artwork by the client. The client agrees to give indemnity for violating the terms and conditions and copyright infringement (if my signature is removed whatsoever.

CONDITIONS

  • The client should provide references. To minimize any major changes of poses/ facial gestures, it would be great to provide references for the client's preferred outcome of the artwork.

  • I will send updates with the following phases: Initial/ Approved sketch --- Lineart --- Base colors ---- Shading 1 --- Shading 2 --- Sneak Peak --- Final artwork

  • Maximum of 2 revisions on the line art phase only. Minor changes/ details are acceptable, so clients have their references prepared

By accepting this transaction, the client has already accepted the terms and conditions . So, if ever the client does not want to accept these terms and conditions please cancel your order ahead of time before I send the initial sketch.

Commission Prices

  • Add simple/scenery background- $5

  • Add character +70% of the base price

  • Complex designs - additional $10

  • Commercial use: Fees may vary on usage (Typically 2x the base price)

  • Both genders

  • simple poses/ backgrounds

  • simple props

I dont draw:

  • Elderly characters

  • Mecha

  • Animals

  • Complex weapons/ backgrounds

  • NSFW
